While AI, biometrics, and blockchain enhance fraud prevention, human error remains a major risk in fintech. Weak passwords, phishing, and social engineering continue to bypass even the strongest security measures.

For fintech startups, cyber hygiene is essential. Regular security training, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and phishing simulations help prevent human-related breaches.

As a regulated institution, we undergo annual audits, adhere BaFin regulations, and work with independent experts for external assessments and penetration testing. These measures help us avoid threats, refine our security, and maintain customer trust.” — Nikolay shares.
